Never got in business with them because the quote was higher that the one I had. 6 months later I got a warning on my credit report, saying that Liberty Mutual sent a unpaid bill through out Collections. Called them and no one takes responsibility nobody knows nothing.

Stanley Streamer I decided to take the time to write this review in all effort to save other customers from experiencing what I have thus far. Complete run arounds, unprofessionalism, and no care in the world. This agency is now going to cost me an additional surcharge because of lapse in insurance which could be a lump some of an additional fee of approximately $700-$800 due to their own delay and one excuse after the next. When you call, they avoid your call and often promise to call back and do not. They often let the phone ring avoiding the customers; they fail to respond for days at a time. They have been dishonest all along about deadlines and simply answering straight forward questions. Please do your research and be aware! Tony, Nicole, and the receptionist are all unprofessional in that office. It should not be so challenging to bring business to an insurance agency nor should it cost me penalties because they are not on top of assisting their clients and making themselves available to ensure compliance. After much patience and countless days of frustration, I decided to go with another agency and from now on will take my business elsewhere.

Cindy Rivera Avoid this insurance at all costs. Very unprofessional. Called to get some information on my policy, was told I would receive a call back from someone named Sasha within an hour, two hours later still no call back. I decided to call back, someone named Tony picked up and left me on hold for 30 minutes before I was able to speak with that Sasha lady. Sasha was very rude, had a snarky attitude (apparently she doesnt know what snarky means so she should go back to school or at least open up a dictionary), and she never let me talk. She would always speak over me. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend to anyone this insurance at all.

Manuel Lopez de Quintana Completely incompetent! They will never advise you as a client of changes that cause your policy price to increase. You have to go shopping on your own to find better pricing for your coverage, then cancel. A good agent reviews their clients folder yearly and advises them of better pricing or coverage with another carrier. Who needs them as an agent? Be wise stay away from these morons!

KLOUD KONCEPTS I have been a customer of Lumina since they opened and I can tell you that I have never had an issue with my policies since Ive been with them. At renewal they shop my policies without me even asking and always get me the best deal for the best coverage for both my home and my cars. All their agents are super knowledgeable and very friendly. Most of them know me by my first name and I am happy I can place my trust in their agency!
