5 /5 #MoveItAlongYouDontKnowMe: I saw an ad ran for a free 20 mim session massage with their zero gravity chair this week so I booked an appointment...upon arrival I met Alicia who had such a great personality, she made me feel welcome and had gotten me all set up to have my 20 min of relaxation!! Annnddd wow!!! Was it worth it! I felt so good afterwords especially being half way thru my pregnancy. I would def recommend this establishment to anyone. The atmosphere is so refreshing here, I will also be booking in the future! Thanks again Alicia for being so accommodating.

5 /5 Tracy Donahue: Alicia is an amazing trainer. She is like having a personal cheerleader. The gym is smaller so your not so overwhelmed. The workouts are perfect. Alicia moves you through a circuit with different machines and workouts that work for your body. She shows you all the movements, guides you through your training and helps you reach your goals.

Jackson Newberry: Great WoD (session)! The workout was hard and really pushed my limits, but it was also friendly and positive from start to finish. The mix of exercises was excellent - each movement was thoughtfully programmed to target different muscle groups while keeping the pace engaging. The overall vibe in the gym was terrific; there’s this energy that makes you want to give your best without feeling overwhelmed. I had a couple of questions during the session, and Coach Frank was right there with clear, precise answers that gave me exactly what I needed to keep going. He took the time to explain proper form and offered useful tips that made a noticeable difference. When it came to scaling a couple of moves to accommodate an old injury, Coach Frank helped me modify the exercises thoughtfully, so I could protect my healing joints without losing the intensity of the workout. Thanks to his attentive coaching, I felt confident pushing myself while safeguarding my body. This balance of challenge and care is exactly why we CrossFit. The combination of excellent programming, supportive coaching, and a welcoming atmosphere at Green Cove CrossFit makes each session both effective and enjoyable. I left feeling accomplished and motivated to come back for more.

There to help and support you through your fitness journey. Truly cares and takes time to get to know you and what your needs are for your plan. The my body scan was awesome and really shows where you need to focus! I have been put on a calorie limit with my regular doctor and Zach took the time to show me where I need to focus my calories, and already seeing progress!!

Janice Clayton: My husband and I joined LA Fitness about 4 months ago to keep us going as we keep getting older. We are feeling great and are even having fun. Highly recommend personal trainer Rod W… he understands our goals, pushes us at the same time encouraging us. He is totally engaged during our sessions. There is no question he loves helping people of all ages. We also take the yoga class on Sunday with Carmen. She is phenomenal. So much care and effort goes into making every weeks practice unique. The cherry on top has been fellow gym goers who encourage and help us when we are struggling with a machine or exercise. The front desk is always so welcoming. Have to also acknowledge Omar ( also a trainer) who always says a big hello and also has been encouraging.

Julia Mulry: I dropped in for my first CrossFit class (first one ever in my life!) on Monday and had a really awesome experience. Ricardo was my instructor and he was very patient with me and everyone else and specifically made sure my form was correct during the exercises and movements. He was very careful to make sure everyone was being safe. The other members in the gym were so nice and encouraging toward me as well. It was such a great experience and would definitely recommend this gym to anyone!
