Nelly Sardiña is very unprofessional and very sarcastic in her expressions, for example using the word “infuriating” in an e-mail she sent to me (THE CUSTOMER) after I requested to have my insurance policy reinstated after having cancelled it just a few days before. I mean seriously are we in KINDERGARTEN or in an ADULT world providing “professional” services?!?! Yea I don’t think using the word “infuriating” in a PROFESSIONAL ADULT world is appropriate to say the least! Whatever happened to giving the customer some respect, whether the customer is right or wrong?!?!
