Thats when Frank came into the picture. Frank was extremely rude and very unhelpful. Frank enjoys hanging up on people and arguing about things he never said. Frank doesnt even have the gumption to pick up the phone after he hangs up on you. Its been almost 3 months since I cancelled my policy with them and they have not refunded me. I had to call my mortgage company to cancel the payment. I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone.
