When I talk to my mortgage company, they claim they never receive the information from the insurance company. When I talk to Highmark they point the finger right back. Today is 5/11 and apparently my insurance was cancelled on 5/5 and I have yet to hear from Highmark about it. I am looking for a new company asap!!
