They have come thru for me time and again to get me the best possible premiums for my needs. Recently my premium went up. She is so responsive and has answers to all of our questions in such a timely manner. She takes care of you like you are one of her own family members. We are actively in the process of trying to buy a house and needed certain insurance paperwork and Karla took matters into her own hands and emailed our loan agent directly and continued to correspond with them until the matter was resolved. Tram Do Just as other people have said, once you cancel the policy with them, they would make it difficult on you. I had been back and forth with the people at this company without a clear answer and they just said i am no longer their customer, meaning they dont care. Just be careful when you have to cancel your policy with them

Shernee Bellamy-Fults While doing a change of agent, I had the pleasure of speaking with Virginia! She was very personable, called my company to verify all the steps and forms we’d need. She also was nice enough just to listen as to why I needed a new agent and what I was trying to do moving forward with a homeowners grant! She was so knowledgeable about it all and I’m very thankful for her expertise in how I could save on home insurance. Im looking forward to having these agents and a local company over who I have now.

B. Dan Wood I chose Ms. Dubose because she is with Farmers. She agreed to work with me. Ms. Dubose knew that I was closing on a home by a particular date and asked for the inspection reports. I provided them. She repeatedly asked for my current policy information and finally acknowledged receiving it. Then, she said that she forgot that I needed insurance on closing on our home. She frequently did not remember that I was a potential customer. She frequently did not answer emails or return phone calls. When I was able to contact her, she gave me the run-around on rates. I asked her to follow up on why my rate ended up being so high. She said she would check on it for me. I never heard back from her, even though I called the office and they said she would return my call. Ive moved on to a more responsive and efficient agent. I dont recommend this one to anyone who reads this post.

Linda Goldman Very rude, abrasive and unprofessional. Felt like I had to chase her down to talk with her and she always seemed to be reluctant and bothered to have to answer policy questions or explain why my quote, for the same insurance company, increased by hundreds of dollars in just a few days. Never felt like my concerns were answered or considered to be valid. Went with another insurance company that is very friendly, always available to talk to, willing to answer and explain any policy questions I might have and made the whole process quick, easy and as pleasant as buying insurance could be.

I hope all the words from me to give guild, idea and expression about the service from this agent and his team. Please do homework, be smart and be wise before you want to do any business with this agent and his team. I got a quote from this agent and bought the insurance to my family-owned company. I was told I need to pay at least $100 to get the insurance to be active and effective after I had paid for a insurance. I was unhappy by this dishonest activity and unprofessional endeavor, so I called the agent who gave me the quote and helped me on the purchase. The agent told me a quote is just a quote which does not mean anything. I have to pay extra to get this policy to be of protection on my company. I paid the extra to this office because I already did business with this office and spent my time on it. The total amount I paid was much higher than other offers from different insurance companies offered to me. The first encounter with this agent was in 2017. The agent and his office was trying to play the same game for the year of 2018. They wanted to add more extra on the amount I paid in 2017. I was annoyed, shamed and shocked by the trick. I called this agent office, canceled this insurance policy, and asked them to return the balance for this policy in March, 2018. I had been contacting this office several times for the refund. Every time they told me they are going to contact me for the refund. I did not receive any phone calls and no mention of the refund. Please call me or refund me. I hope I shared my experience with this agent office here to give other potential customers alert and head-up. If you really need an insurance for your properties or companies, please be wise before you have any connection with this agent or the office.

Heidi Strater purchased home insurance last year. I set up a payment plan. I called this month to find out how to renew the insurance .I was told by my agent Erin Frederick that the plan had been cancelled in March for lack of payment. She went on to say that a cancellation notice was sent to me and they never heard back. I do understand that it is MY responsibility to make sure the bill is paid I would expect that an agent might make a call or leave a message that they didnt receive payment. I searched my email and never received a cancelation notice. I did receive many emails advertising their services and thanking me for being a customer. (I guess they also didnt know I was no longer a customer.)I never received a letter in the mail. Erin did ask if I wanted to pay for another policy for the coming year. I would have to pay the balance in full since my records show a lapse in coverage. Ummmm no thanks . I do understand that they probably didnt make a lot of money with my patronage but maybe someone will read this and decide they better go with another agency.
