1 /5 Penny Druyor: I went in this afternoon to get an appraisal on an Open Heart necklace, with matching ring, and a small diamond. The fellow there looked at them. His behavior was snobbish and cold as he told me the jewelry was of little worth. He wouldn’t buy it. Didn’t even offer an appraised value so I could sell it on line. A lady behind me wanted a watch battery. His demeanor suddenly changed. He brightened and started helping her, dismissing me completely. It was very humiliating. I was so embarrassed. I visited this store because of the positive reviews and high rating. It’s a shame the rating goes from 1-5 stars, I’d give it a minus!

1 /5 William Furtado: Brought my wifes Bulova watch for new battery next day leak water inside why came back they said oh this the watch we had a pound in the back 2 days later crystal covering fell off went back and they will not take responsibility for it watch out now my choices small claims or just wait for their to come to their senses. The best part the owner accused me of taking off the Crystal myself I said I would pay people do that. why I paid you to put the battery in makes no sense at all if Im going to pay someone to put a battery and why would I try to take a watch apart dont trust them they do not take personal responsibility for the damage they cause

5 /5 Cindy Masden: Sold some old gold jewelry there twice and got top dollar. Had gone to three different places and he gave me more than twice what the other two offered. Also took my Mom’s wedding and engagement rings in to be checked and cleaned. Only charged me $60 to replace 4 prongs and clean them good as new!

We have purchased both watches and jewelry from Mike and have always been treated fairly and without question they never tried to sell us anything. They made sure they knew what we wanted then helped us get it. And the service does not stop with the sale. I purchased a necklace for an anniversary gift for my bride. She absolutely loved it and rarely took it off. We were out of state when we realized there was stone missing. I took a picture and emailed Mike and he told me to mail it to him and he would repair it. I told him we were going to be traveling and he agreed to hold on to it until we were going to be back home in Illinois to mail it. He called to let me know it was repaired and told me to call when we got home. I called and set up a time for him to mail it and to get the cost of the repair and shipping. He told me there was no cost for the repair or shipping. How lucky Orange Park and northeast Florida is to have Mike and his jewelry store. Even though we are out of state there is no question that when we need a jewelry store Mike and Kingsley Jewelry is where we will go.
