5 /5 Bob A: This by far is the best jewelry store I have been to. Mike and his staff go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The selection and quality are incredible. We have purchased both watches and jewelry from Mike and have always been treated fairly and without question they never tried to sell us anything. They made sure they knew what we wanted then helped us get it. And the service does not stop with the sale. I purchased a necklace for an anniversary gift for my bride. She absolutely loved it and rarely took it off. We were out of state when we realized there was stone missing. I took a picture and emailed Mike and he told me to mail it to him and he would repair it. I told him we were going to be traveling and he agreed to hold on to it until we were going to be back home in Illinois to mail it. He called to let me know it was repaired and told me to call when we got home. I called and set up a time for him to mail it and to get the cost of the repair and shipping. He told me there was no cost for the repair or shipping. How lucky Orange Park and northeast Florida is to have Mike and his jewelry store. Even though we are out of state there is no question that when we need a jewelry store Mike and Kingsley Jewelry is where we will go.

5 /5 F S: Best jewelry store in Jacksonville. The father and daughter duo make dreams come true. They did a phenomenal job engraving our wedding bands and resizing our rings. This is the only jewelry store we will shop at moving forward. Look no where else.

He treated me like family and answered everyone question thoroughly, even the silly ones I had. With prices that are unbeatable, and irreplaceable customer service, I couldnt be happier with the store. Id highly recommend the place to everyone

5 /5 Donnie Bowerman: I spent a long time finding out what I wanted for an engagement ring, and found a setting, band, and stone through Diamonds Direct, but the price was just at my limit. My father recommended Michael at Kingsley Jeweler before I purchased it to see if he could get me a better deal. I walked in, showed him what I wanted and sent it to him in an email with the exact specifications for the stone I wanted. Three weeks later it was ready for pickup, both setting and band custom made to match what I wanted, with a stone twice the size and an even better color and clarity. The best part, it was just under 50% of the price of Diamonds Direct set. No pressure on the sale, said if I didn’t like it I didn’t need to buy it, but it was perfect. Also took a set of earrings to re set a diamond that came out, they did it for no charge and it was ready two days later. Will be doing all of my jewelry business through Kingsley Jewelry, and I highly recommend them to everyone.
