1 /5 KAMMY HARJES: This is the most difficult insurance agent to communicate with. The individuals that work at this location have no manners and are extremely rude. I work for a local finance company and must verify insurance on a monthly basis. I must call at least 50 auto insurance agents all over Florida and never has anyone been so rude to me as the individuals that work at this office. The girl (I would say young lady but not a lady at all) today, Andrea first did not provide her name upon answering the phone which is very unprofessional and spoke to me in a very impolite manner. She refused to provide the paperwork requested and rudely told me to call the insurance company directly and then hung up on me. I cant imagine that they provide good customer service.
