    Rhondi Hutto: I made an appointment for 3 PM to get my Daughter’s ears pierced for her birthday. I arrived at the store to find a paper clock stating they wouldn’t be back until 50 minutes later. As my daughter stood there in tears the only thing I could think of to do is to walk down the hallway to Claire’s. Once we came home, I contacted customer service, who simply stated the only staff onsite had a scheduling conflict, which wasn’t their fault, BUT NEVER CALLED TO NOTIFY US OF ANY CHANGES - the company representative refused to provide any actual consultation or consideration for the wasted time and hurt expectations of my daughter. I couldn’t care less about $$ - this was a very special day my daughter had waited on for a year - we had a long standing appointment. I have used this business many times in the past; Never again.
    Flip Flops on Palafox Vendor Mall - Pensacola
    Nicole Johnson: We had so much fun shopping at Flip Flops on Palafox for the first time today. There were so many great booths with many different kinds of vintage and antique offerings; there was so much to see and consider! A lot of the vendors had sales from anywhere from 10 to 50% off select items or their entire booth, and I was able to get some great pieces of carnival glass for really great prices. Prices in general were al generally reasonable, which is not always the case when shopping second hand. The employees were all so cheerful and helpful, and we will definitely look forward to another visit soon!

    kat Helton: This place is trash. The manger is rude. Definitely a scam of a jewlery shop! Do Not buy from them they don’t take returns which is a huge red flag. The manger right off the bat was rude to my mom and I over her earrings! This place needs to be closed down!

    space charizard: Came in to get the band of my citizen dive watch repaired and the very helpful staff addressed and repaired the issue while I waited. I fully expected to have to drop it off and leave, but they went above and beyond. I was in the store for less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this business services to anyone who ask.
