1 /5 Rhondi Hutto: I made an appointment for 3 PM to get my Daughter’s ears pierced for her birthday. I arrived at the store to find a paper clock stating they wouldn’t be back until 50 minutes later. As my daughter stood there in tears the only thing I could think of to do is to walk down the hallway to Claire’s. Once we came home, I contacted customer service, who simply stated the only staff onsite had a scheduling conflict, which wasn’t their fault, BUT NEVER CALLED TO NOTIFY US OF ANY CHANGES - the company representative refused to provide any actual consultation or consideration for the wasted time and hurt expectations of my daughter. I couldn’t care less about $$ - this was a very special day my daughter had waited on for a year - we had a long standing appointment. I have used this business many times in the past; Never again.
