Said “I must have hit it on something,” ignoring the fact I have 9 other stacked diamond rings on my hand and never have had this happen. No thanks, I’ll pay another jeweler to repair and never spend another dollar here again. You can find better prices, especially for the complete lack of customer service. Do not recommend.

I get so many compliments is a treasure. Do yourself a favor stop in and see the beautiful jewelry and the wonderful staff. You may not need something today but you will know where to go when you need something!

    Lori stewart Jernigan: Don’t waste your time with this company. My very dear friend took a ring here to be sized and was told it would be ready by a certain date. She goes to pick it up and the owner was a no show and not answering the phone. After 2 days of voicemails and she called me back and had the wrong name and the ring was not even there. It was for a proposal and the owner told us to give the soon to be fiancée a picture of the ring and wanted to speak to the soon to be fiancée. Even offered to give them a different ring to use. Very very unprofessional. Now she has turned off her voicemail so you can’t leave a message.
