1 /5 Denver Wells: Mr. Collins started as a great agent, meeting my needs. However he soon turned into a non-communicative figure with no customer service skills. Mr. Collins would not answer my calls, texts, or emails. The last time he spoke with me was after months of emails and calls and finally calling Goosehead to lodge a complaint against Mr Collins. Unfortunately this was not the first time I had to take extra measures to discuss my insurance plans with my insurance agent.
I do not recommend working with Mr. Collins, you may end up getting ghosted once he has you locked in.
The agency as a whole has very little in the way of customer service skills.
