The home insurance renewal declaration that I received in August 2025 did not take into consideration the fact that I replaced the roof in March 2025. Daniel and Gisell were very helpful in updating the roof information. The insurance carrier took only 3 business days to reflect the update and reduce the premium. The office of Lee Atkins provided me with excellent service.

He gave his best efforts to help me find cheap insurance premiums and offered helpful advice at all times with my best interest in mind and not his. As his client, Lee made it feel like he’s been a family friend of years and offered exceptional service. I would recommend Lee over and over again to anyone. Meaghan Morgan: While being repaired at a repair shop, my car was vandalized at the repair shop. The shop’s insurance is Travelers. The entire process of working with Travelers was horrific. Every employee I spoke with was rude and condescending. I was the victim of a crime and they were completely careless and unsympathetic. They weren’t helpful. Follow up emails went ignored. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. They did not pay for the extension on my rental vehicle as previously agreed upon without me making numerous phone calls and sending numerous emails. When they called to report that my vehicle was deemed irreparable they were extremely rude and short with me when I asked questions. Communication was extremely delayed. I would never recommend Travelers to anyone after this experience. Adam Sleezer from the Buffalo office had particularly poor customer service skills. After I wrote this review, I got an email from another customer service representative requesting additional paperwork about the car they deemed irreparable. They had already taken possession of the car, I had bought a new car with my payout money, and I had ensured Enterprise had been paid before I wrote this review.
