1 /5 Meaghan Morgan: While being repaired at a repair shop, my car was vandalized at the repair shop. The shop’s insurance is Travelers. The entire process of working with Travelers was horrific. Every employee I spoke with was rude and condescending. I was the victim of a crime and they were completely careless and unsympathetic. They weren’t helpful. Follow up emails went ignored. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. They did not pay for the extension on my rental vehicle as previously agreed upon without me making numerous phone calls and sending numerous emails. When they called to report that my vehicle was deemed irreparable they were extremely rude and short with me when I asked questions. Communication was extremely delayed. I would never recommend Travelers to anyone after this experience. Adam Sleezer from the Buffalo office had particularly poor customer service skills.
After I wrote this review, I got an email from another customer service representative requesting additional paperwork about the car they deemed irreparable. They had already taken possession of the car, I had bought a new car with my payout money, and I had ensured Enterprise had been paid before I wrote this review.
