Only reason I went there was because I waited over an hour to try and reach an advisor over the phone. He was even critical of customer in front of me for not using the app...customer proceeded to show him his flip phone. He did help me resolve a problem that was a very simple fix. Overall, poor customer service from this Fidelity branch.

I told them I didnt want a sells pitch for other investments. I want a CD at 7.25 interest. Didnt want there sells pitch. There sells man call me a clown because I didnt want to lesson So I said f u and left. Its a bait and switch. Advertise one thing, then try to sell you another.
