Pasco-Hernando State College, East Campus - Dade City Dibble Robert (GentlemanAdventurer): Extremely poor support service. Support staff are reasonably polite, but lack knowledge in almost all affairs, do not have the authority to report most information, and will often connect you to a voicemail when you request more information (even during business hours when people like financial aid should be available). All of this after nearly losing over $4,000 worth of my tuition refunds on multiple occasions.
