1 /5 Dan Beckett: This bank was the worst when it came to assisting my elderly aunt in relocating from her Boynton Beach home to ours in SC. If your loved one banks here, change banks ASAP. As my aunts durable power of attorney, with Guardians CU, I was ignored, stonewalled, lied to, denied services, and generally treated like a criminal even though I had all the necessary legal paperwork. Every other company I worked with had appropriate safeguards in place, yet was easy to work with: Fidelity, Wells Fargo, American Airlines, Rocket Mortgage, State Farm, Venetian Isles HOA, FP&L, PCB Water, Verizon, PBC Sheriffs Dept, Transamerica Life, and even the SSA! All were easy and smooth to work with. Guardians CU was the worst. Ugh. Never again. Oh, and watch for their generic BS response: "Thank you for sharing... please contact blah blah blah to further discuss." Puhleeeze!

3 /5 Lady Love: Again today I wasnt able to log into my account because their system was down. This happens often and its inconvenient. Phone hold time is too long. Besides these things, I do get courteous service.

1 /5 Mona Charlemond: This is my first time ever using a credit union. I came in for an auto loan. I have an excellent credit credit score, excellent credit history (no late payments), and low debt to income ratio. Their computer system approved me for the loan that I requested but when it went to underwriting it was denied due to the fact that I don’t have previous car history. I am in my late 20s and I’ve only had my college car that was bought cash as a gift. This would have been my first financed car. If I have met all the requirements for the loan, why am I being penalized because I haven’t had a previous car note? I’ve always heard great things about guardian credit unions and they did not meet my expectations whatsoever. If I’m ever in need of another loan, I will never come back to this credit union or recommend them.

1 /5 Matt Henry: This is probably the least professional least competent banking institution I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Utterly pathetic. 3-4 day turn around on emails and voice messages. Incessant finger pointing and shifting of blame when they mismanage paperwork. Unexplained delays on routine paperwork that normal banks do in a day take this branch weeks to resolve. And the best part they will be condescending and sarcastic to you while they provide absolutely pathetic service. Not one apology. Not one admission that they should have done better. Just excuse after excuse after excuse. Take your business elsewhere. Whatever discounts these clowns offer is not worth the total lack of professionalism and customer service you are going to encounter.

1 /5 Mirna Crompton: I did not get help for months. I paid my car loan back in February and I dont have the title yet, we are in December . I went to the branch and they told me to wait for information in the mail and I got nothing. I also called the bank and no-one can help. Every time I called the system is down or they cannot see the loan because is paid off. I called so many times too. Very ridiculous. I will have to take other legal actions if they do not send me the title of my car. I dont know who can help now.
