5 /5 Alan Lambert: William Q. Platt IV (“Will”) and Ross McCloy of Hand, Arendall, Harrison, and Sale did an absolutely fantastic job for me during a recent legal action. Under the oversight of Mr. McCloy, Mr. Platt proved himself to be an incredibly attentive attorney who went far above and beyond in representing me. Despite the inherent demands of a complicated situation, Mr. Platt was tireless in his attention to my case and ironing out every detail, even when it got complicated. He provided service far beyond the standard. He researched every detail and was thoroughly prepared at all times. He kept up with every detail and how every angle could interact with or affect every other angle. Mr. Platt and Mr. McCoy came with a plan of action and executed it very competently throughout the case. Not only was the preparation to represent me intense, but Mr. Platt made himself available and took the time to answer all of my questions at every step along the way. His patience for both the case and my questions was constant, which I appreciated. He never gave in or gave up, and he persevered over several years until he resolved the case to my great satisfaction. Mr. Platt demonstrated the type of old-school service not often seen anymore. The bottom line is that Mr. Platt put in ceaseless time and effort, and his relentless determination yielded an excellent outcome for me. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Platt, Mr. McCoy, and the law firm of Hand, Arendall, Harrison, and Sale for legal representation that is smart, well prepared, and determined on behalf of their clients.
