3 /5 Stewart Osborne: Was with this company for 10 years. Rates always went up, and this year hit with 25% increase over last year. Harbor added very little as far as service goes, and when questioned about rates, always claim they are not in control. Very little motivation for customer service. Said it would take two days to receive quotes from Kim. Homeowners may want to look for someone with more motivation to help customers than this one. Sorry, guys.
