(Our customers that have used RON have set up the appointment themselves So they can work around their schedule.) Thats the rersponse given knowing the client was in Colombia and had no clue how this works. Fortunately the tiltle company I normally use in Miami was nice enough to explain the process to me and refer me to a company "The closing signing service" They were able to facilitate the ROM closing. Even the fee for them was an issue having Caloosa add to Hud1. Finally when it was time to cut my commission check. I waited a week and was told the bookeeper had an emergency and was out the office. OK, No Problem I said! I sent wire instructions and asked them to waive the $35.00 wire fee.The response was NO. I had to wait a week for your employees emergency and you couldnt reciprocate my understanding by waiving a $35.00 fee? Ill let the readers decide how professional your company behaved.

Mr AyeLuhDude: So every month around the same time I would go through the whole process again.(answering why do I need such a large amount in cash) Which always made me feel uncomfortable.(introvert due to poor hearing) But the reason I would draw it all out was because my card would decline and I’m looking southern, knowing it’s there. So I’d have to call the branch and raise my limit every time I had large payments. So today same thing as usual but, I was blessed to speak with ZENIA(Labelle Branch). Which simply explained that the daily limit increase was only good for 24hrs and all I have to do was sign a form to permanently increase my limit. Something so simple made my day because she understood my frustration and her patience and professionalism towards problem solving is top tier.
