I have gone to Holistic Wellness for an adjustment, deep tissue massage, aqua aerobics class, personal training, group fitness, and even for lunch.They have a food truck a few days a week. I had the fresh tuna poke bowl, and it was healthy, delicious, and filling. The staff is friendly and very well educated! If youre trying to get rid of that annoying back pain that keeps popping up or just wanting to get fit and live a healthier lifestyle, stop in and see Chris and the other lovely people at HC." Lauren: Easily one of the most overcrowded and under managed gyms I have ever been to. Every machine I need in my 5-workout series is taken all at the same time at 9am on a Thursday, and it isn’t any better any other time of the day. The area is growing yet the gym is too small to accommodate. Equipment is nice, but it would also be nice to have the opportunity to use it. Bonus points for the creepy guys staring (I mean, making an effort) at the younger women, as well as the lack of respect for others needing a machine at any given time (I’m looking at you, guy who’s doing 10 sets of 15 on the same machine). I wouldn’t recommend if you’re coming here for anything other than cardio. Even then, you’re very likely to be waiting for a machine depending on your chosen cardio routine. At least they greet you when you walk in, sometimes.

Steve Sosnowski: Really nice course, great service, nice people. Condition was 8/10 (that’s good..your local public course is a 4/10). Played in March, so the rough was dormant. Two holes (10&18) were over seeded because of the car show earlier in the month—they were beautiful. Greens were really good—-smooth and decently fast. Good warm up facility. Pretty course. Would play again.

We are in our 3rd year here and the transformation not only in my daughters skills, but also her confidence in herself outside of Gymnastics has increased tremendously. Coach Sandy and her staff are amazing at working with kids to ensure they are learning and practicing in a positive environment. They try their best to accommodate your schedule and goals as much as possible. I highly recommend giving them an opportunity to show you what they can do.

Cristina Oyola Crenshaw: This was a fantastic experience! A great morning walk in nature. The walk is easy, think taking your dog for a walk. The goats are great, respectful of space but right there with you. Pluse you feed them and other animals on the walk. The team is very friendly and welcoming. We walked with a 7 yr old, 4 yr old and baby. Not really stroller friendly but would be ok with a jogging stroller or one with big wheels. We didnt bring anything with us on the walk which was perfect, left your hands and mind free to explore. The walk wasnt long and when you finish you can grab your water/snacks from the car. Mid way through they provided refreshing towels and a place to relax, it was beautiful. Excited to try other offerings here.
