Holli Griffis I went in for an infection, I was so nervous as previous dentist have made me feel so bad for having tooth issues. Not talk to me or talked about me. Every single person I saw today was very friendly and helpful they all made me feel safe and comfortable. They answered all questions and talked to me. Everyone told me that I was in the right place to get everything taken care of. They worked my plain up took my insurance and set the future appointments all within an hour. I was very impressed and pleased. If you’re feeling uncomfortable with your dentist and looking for a new place I highly suggest you check out Aspen Dental in Yulee. You won’t be disappointed at all.

Colin Griffin This is a money focused shop with high dollar gadgets and photos that along with individual measurements of gum heights help them justify outlandish fees for gum disease or tooth problems that need immediate and expensive attention. Like $879 over my insurance check up coverage to clean, treat and stop the infection of bacteria that were causing one molar to have a gum measurement of 5mm instead the 2-4 acceptable range No bleeding, no indications of infection in blood work just performed. Just new toothbrush that was too stiff and pushed gum down. Went to another dentist that was normal and they examined and cleaned and never said I had a problem. This was a Dentist practice that was looking for a reason to charge more than what insurance would cover in an area where there’s lots of senior citizens who may not question what they’re getting Never go in there again

Caitlin DuBois I’ve tried to give this office multiple chances, but the experience has consistently been disappointing—especially with the front staff. While my partner’s appointment went smoothly, every other visit has been frustrating. During my daughter’s recent appointment, the front desk staff once again showed a nasty attitude, just like before. I could even hear them talking negatively about me while my daughter was getting x-rays. That’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable. To be fair, the dentist and dental assistant were wonderful with my daughter—compassionate, patient, and great at their job. But the front office ruins the entire experience. They’ve never once been able to correctly locate our insurance information, no matter how many times I provide it, which means we’re likely looking at more surprise bills. It’s exhausting and stressful every time we walk in. I had previously left a review and was confronted by management instead of seeing any improvement. At this point, I’ll be taking my family elsewhere, even though we live right in the neighborhood. A dental office should make patients feel cared for and respected, not judged and talked about behind their backs. Do yourself a favor and avoid this office.

Donna Glover I am above satisfied with Amelia Dental Group. The staff is amazing and communication is spot on. Dr Garrett is the Very Best Dentist I have ever gone to and I thought I had been to the best. Dr Garrett has had some challenging appointments due to many very old crowns, fillings and crooked teeth that I have finally had corrected. Unfortunately a few of my old crowns have had infection to the bone and required bone grafts and implants. Not unusual when crowns or root canals were completed 20-30 years ago. Much has changed in the dental technology, AmeliaDental is on top of technology. My crowns always fit the first time. No visits to correct my bite as in the past. Thank you Doctor Garrett for being Superior and caring about your patients.

L Very professional and friendly office staff. Jessica/technician was reassuring and kind, she really knows her stuff, excellent. Dr Olsen is probably the best dentist I have been treated by, he made my two chipped front teeth look great, also a perfect fit on an old crown which he replaced. I dread going to the dentist but the entire process at this office was non-judgemental even though it was a while since I went to the dentist, they are a great team, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone seeking an excellent dentist and great staff.

Bryce It is unfortunate that they are not in my network for my insurance policy. That being said they were able to get me in and I just paid cash, which I will say was extremely reasonably priced compared to what I was expecting. I needed a cleaning and exam for my son prior to getting braces and the place we used to go to in Jacksonville was booked out for 6 months which seemed to be typical for that office. I was able to book this about two or so weeks out and was very happy with them having availability. The hygienist was excellent and did a great job. The office employees were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Patel did the exam and gave some solid advice moving forward regarding future treatment for my son. If they ever change to my insurance provider I will absolutely take my family here. Excellent service and advice.

She was able to clean my sons teeth without any sedation, and that was a first for him. My husband also trust her and she is the only dentist hes allowed in his mouth for 30 years! Her staff is kind and patient. We drive over an hour to see her because its WORTH IT!

kero they filed the glue for my permanent retainer off, making it come loose. then, they charged me money for them to fix it after i told them what they did. they dont explain anything at all when performing care, and they talk about their personal lives in front of patients. its uncomfortable. if youre looking for something more professional, its better to receive dental care elsewhere.

Melissa Munro Recently I have been going to First Coast Oral Surgery, Amelia Island, for multiple dental procedures. As someone who hates going to the dentist (pain, needles, etc.), it has been almost pain free. They are very professional in explaining what the various procedures entail and talk you through it step by step. This is very reassuring to me. Dental work is expensive anywhere you go. Unfortunately, I’m not done yet but I do have great confidence that First Coast Oral Surgery is providing me with the best care possible.

So far I am pleased with the work Dr Sabooree and her staff have done. What I really like is the time the Doctor take s to explained the various steps involved Was Had to return to get final review of my implant. Everything checked out and I was given a go for the crown. My dentist had sent a referral to have a back molar extracted. During this visit Dr Saboree said she could do the extraction now. Go ahead. She said I may just hear a little grinding. Before I knew it she said ok your done you could go. Dr Saboree could work on me anytime

M. Dunning I would give ZERO stars if allowed. I contacted the office about a crown Dr. Hall made & placed for my husband. In 6 months, the tooth (my husbands actual tooth) broke off because Dr. Hall ground so much of it away for the crown. We moved 4+ hours away 2 days after it happened, & having them fix it wasnt an option. SO, they got paid $2500 for shoddy work, & refused to refund us ANY of what we paid, even though we are NOW going to have to pay someone else to have it fixed. Dont bother if you want quality work thats going to last!! ZERO STARS!!

Megan Walls-Hardy The office staff is very unorganized and one was extremely rude, nearly yelling in my face about printing out a treatment plan for me. Two days before my appointment they made a mistake with my insurance, quoting me almost $2,000 for something was was almost completely covered by my insurance. When I brought this up to them they told me they would take the day to call the insurance to have things figured out. The next day they called me and asked if I had any questions about my appointment. They had actually had not figured anything with my insurance out and took another day to “figure everything out”. They called me 30 minutes before my appointment with the correct estimate of my copay. It should not have taken then three business days to give me a copay. I’ve gone to the office about four times and never actually had any work done that I needed. It seemed every time I went we did X-rays and the dentist would something else to my treatment plan but the treatment plan was never actually done. I really loved the first dental hygienist I had but the 2nd one dental hygienist was unnecessary rough.
