1 /5 William Adams: This is the worst insurance company Ive ever had. I didnt choose them, My mortgage company did.
Lauren, thats in charge of my policy, FORGOT to cancel the policy that SHE said her company wasnt using anymore so my mortgage company paid out 2 different insurance companies, which means IM OUT 1300$. This company, since it was HER MISTAKE, should have given me the money back and waited for the return from over payment. It has been 10 days, and there has been no response from her or ANYONE about my money. I had to call the American Integrity Insurance company and find out what was going on because Lauren definitely didnt follow up with me and just left me hanging. Lauren is a completely worthless insurance adjuster.
If I were you, I wouldnt use Lauren or this company for your insurance. She dropped the ball more than once and NEVER apologized for having me pay 2 homeowners insurance policies this year.

Once again, my insurance has gone up, and these idiots NEVER had the respect to contact me and see if I wanted to stay with them or try to lower it. I will be contacting an attorney and filling charges against HER, her employees, and Tower Hill Insurance. Do NOT USE HER or TOWER HILL INSURANCE they both are completely worthless businesses.
