1 /5 Capt Randy Banger SOS Inventor: I have reported Jack Hoogewind to the FL Bar for forcing a grandmother into foreclosure. Counseling his client and his son on parole for his 4th DUI to not pay any mortgage payments since March so he can get his legal fees paid. At 61 she will have her home foreclosed and credit ruined because she is the only one on the mortgage debt. Very unethical way of collecting legal fees from a client who can not pay it otherwise. Deceitful and a form of theft by proxy.
