The agent did not read our townhouse association documents and found out our coverage was not in effect. They never call or email you back for weeks. I still do not have a refund of my premiums. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT INSURANCE I am thankful that I did not need it!
