    Melissa McCluskey: Truck was deposed by a clerical mistake. Bank fixed it same day. Made an appointment to pick up my truck was told to be there between 12:30 and 1 pm. After ariving at 12:15 and waiting til 1:40 also calling 14 times with no answer I was finally told that I have to call back tomorrow and make another appointment since they were closed that day and only open Monday Wednesday and Friday. This was Thursday. I was then infomed because they were closed I was going to be charged an aditional few for storage of personal belongings!

    Kala Shiver: The website says the money center is open until 11pm. We drove from Panama City to pick up a check & went in 3 minutes after 9pm & couldnt cash the check which left us with barely any gas & no money to get back home!!

    Beth Brenkman: Still waiting 30 minutes after a scheduled appointment with Joyce who is working with other people. No notice was given and were just sitting here. Will update review after we are seen/if we are seen. Update: As far as tax preparations go, it was excellent. Joyce is friendly and knowledgeable. Im still not happy about waiting and there was technical problems with paying our fees at the end. 2020 update. Back again and had the pleasure of working with Joyce, again. She helped us with the new W-4s and figuring them out. Highly recommend H&R Block and Joyce is invaluable. I hope we have the pleasure of doing business with her for a long time.
