T S I dont know who this James is everyone is writing about in the reviews, but I did not have a good experience at all. I called in and a woman answered the phone. She didnt listen at all. I had to repeat my situation. She asked ridiculous questions like where I would be living next. How can I know where Ill be living next? I wanted to get a quote on insurance to rent out the house which I own. Not impressed at all. So unprofessional.

lance harger My wife was involved in an accident. It was in a parking lot and she was NOT in the car. The accident isnt remotely her fault. The other party has insurance. Every website and article I read that was written by an attorney stated, "ALWAYS file a claim with your own agency REGARDLESS of who is at fault." At every turn it seemed that Allstate did EVERYTHING they could to steer us away from this from "work with the other insurance company" to "hiring a lawyer is an option." They indicated they did NOT want us to file a claim and detered us in every conversation. For "youre in good hands" it seemed that John Cheney would rather us be in anyone elses hands BUT Allstate. Disappointing!!!!

Chandler Smith This place is the worst! They attempted to charge me 400 dollars per month for a 19k car. Bunch of CROOKS!! Edit 1: I’ve talked to Hope plenty of times, she was the one who charge me $400/month for months until I had to call back. Edit 2: I simply just used the Progressive site (same thing these people do) and signed up for a 25% discount from what Hub International had quoted me. I used to always tell my parents this place was ripoff and this just puts the nail in the coffin.

K D I had no idea this local GEICO office existed, but Im so glad I found it! I LOVE this office! Amy Bennett was truly a blessing! She was so easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to buy anything, unlike my experiences with other companies. Amy asked if she could make recommendations and tried out different variations of coverages to see what would work best for me financially, while also giving me the most protection in the event of an accident. I was able to walk into the office and make a payment (I prefer this... but you can also do it over the phone and in the app) It was so nice to meet someone face to face and not have to deal with people over the phone thats not in the state of Florida. It definitely gave me a "hometown feel" vibe! I previously had Progressive with high deductibles, a few discounts, no roadside assistance, and no frills. My $1,000 deductible for PIP and my monthly payment with a perfect driving record was $257.00 per month. Amy was able to apply additional discounts, give me a $0 deductible for PIP, roadside assistance, rental reimbursements, and more for $129 full coverage. I am just amazed! I will be forever grateful to Amy and her team for helping me save money! If you think you have great insurance, you should call them to see if they can lower your rates. THANK YOU, AMY!

Minerva Simpson I received my homeowners bill, which was about 20% higher than last year. I call this agency, which was my designated agency. I specifically asked what could be done to reduce my bill. Shortly, I found out the age of my roof was incorrectly listed. I had reported my roof replacement 5 years ago when it was done. This agency had my Roofers name and was readily able to access permitting information online. I was told the correct roof information would be reported. It took about 3 weeks to update the roof year in State Farm records. This agency gave me no time estimate for the update. During this period, I contacted this agency several times checking on status. In one conversation, I was told there may not be a premium reduction, which turned out to be the case. During the 3-week period, I started checking with other insurance companies. It was during this checking that I was told about the need to have a wind mitigation inspection in order to receive a premium reduction. I asked this agency why I hadnt been told about the wind mitigation requirement. I was told the focus was on multiple/other things. This couldnt be farther from the truth. Over the course of my contacts with this agency, the sole focus was on the roof. This agency was fully aware that I was expecting a premium reduction based on the updated age of my roof, and at no time was the wind inspection raised. I had to find that out on my own. When preparing to write complaint letters to State Farm, I reviewed my premium paperwork over the prior years; it does mention the need for a wind inspection to get a discount. So, this my fault for not reviewing this yearly. However, when I specifically ask how to get a premium reduction, that is their cue to fill in a customer. This has destroyed whatever trust I had in this agency. This was not "good neighbor" like behavior.

Ginnie Croston Lisa is INCREDIBLE, even that is an understatement!!! I needed new insurance quickly, I was overpaying with a carrier I had for over 10 years. She was able to get me the SAME COVERAGE for half the monthly rate. I was afraid I would have to go with a lesser reputable carrier. She took the time to understand my needs and she was able to deliver more than I needed at a lower cost. I am recommending Lisa & this agency to everyone I know searching for insurance.

Christie Goldsby Horrible communication. I gave him my credit card over the phone to pay for an adjustment to my insurance, he said we were all good. However, he obviously didn’t take care of it because I have continued to incur late fees for it. I’ve tried contacting him to resolve this but he hasn’t responded to my last 3 emails. Finally texted his personal cell, no response. I’ll be using a different progesssive provider.
