1 /5 joseph hennessey: Called for homeowners and auto yesterday. Was transferred to an amazingly disrespectful woman. Quite flippant, told me to respond to the email she sent me and they will let me know if "they have anything for me". Never sent email. Had insurance through Hiles-McLeod a couple years back. Left due to Gulf Stream going under. Much nicer people then. You must not need any business.

If there is ever any concerns they are right on it. In our office we not only have many policies with Hiles-McLeod but many types of policies. As for Drew, who I have dealt with the most, he knows his stuff and is always way ahead of the game. I have to admit I never pay attention to our renewal dates as I can always count on Drew to be right there keeping me straight.
