1 /5 Marisol Flores: Never called, but I made an online phone appointment Finally, when I called them, they said that they had other customers and I’m like what is the point of making an appointment if other customers are more important than the one that makes the appointment Honestly, I’m thinking of closing all my accounts with this bank. Horrible customer service- I’ve been waiting my entire lunch like an idiot now I have no food And no answers on my own questions so thank you….
