5 /5 Vanessa Cusell: Dont deposit cash in the ATM outside. It ate all my rent money. However with that being said, the store manager Allen Wier was amazing in helping me get my money back. The bank does not service the outside ATM, but he was on the phone instantly with the company, and he filed a claim for my money. Although I did have to wait 3 business days, the money was back in my account. Im very thankful for all his help.

1 /5 Ashlie Lantto: DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THRU ATM!!!! There needs to be an option for zero stars. I went through the drive-through ATM to deposit cash. I put my card in and waited 58 seconds to count my money before depositing, and the machine took my card for “security reasons”. I then proceeded to go into the bank, The woman working claims they do not service the outside ATM machine, that someone else does. They asked for my ID. Couldn’t give me the information on who services the machine and how long I would have to wait. They also denied to print me a new card in the store, But so I would have to wait for one to be mailed to me. I withdrew all of my money in my account and couldn’t close it due to pending charges, but will be back tomorrow morning first thing to close my account. BANK BEWARE!

1 /5 Jared Thomas: This TD bank is a pathetic excuse for a branch… I will never bank with TD again. They took all my money out of the account. Went to deposit & took a few seconds to count my cash & the machine ate my debit card, did not give it back & when i went inside the employees where virtually USELESS…did not offer a new card, did not give ANY solution but still wanted me to deposit my cash…told them absolutely not & instead took all the $ out of my account so they can shove that card up nthere ass…il never use or recommend this sham of a bank to anyone

2 /5 Monty Lett: Today, I came into this bank about 45 mins before closing time. I wanted to make a deposit of coins. The woman behind the counter watched me walk in with a small, obviously heavy box and she was shaking her head no. After I got to the counter, she told me (not so kindly) that the vault had been "balanced" and they were no longer accepting coins for the day..... No longer accepting money.... During business hours... At a bank..... I happily marched out and deposited my coins at chase bank around the corner. The funny thing is, when I got to the Chase bank; they greeted me with smiles and got the job done. I will be moving my money just for the better customer experience.
