1 /5 Marie Barrett: We paid him a retainer on a custody case that never went forward and decided we wanted him to hold on to it in case anything else came up. But now hes trying to tell me I have to pay him another retainer and the retainer that I paid him before is non-refundable???

1 /5 Jonathan Christman: Mr. Marsee will take your money and sit on your case. My child custody case sat stagnant for 2 years with him making excuses. I ended up hiring a new lawyer who in two months did everything Mr. Marsee said he couldnt do. He will not give you back your retainer even though he will not work once you pay him. He has family, friends and co workers who write his wonderful reviews. I have a masters in digital marketing so I know how to spot fake reviews and they have been reported. Make sure to read all his 1 stars reviews he has tried to bury.

5 /5 Donna Clark: Mr Marsee was a good attorney. Was able to accomplish everything I requested. He was a very pleasant person, which made everything easier to deal with. Also, if you appreciate older architecture you will really like the old house his office is located in.

1 /5 Goth Daddy: I retained Mr. Marsee for a child custody case to establish paternity. I was warned by many to not retain him, but I did not listen because at one point he was a great lawyer and had done my mothers custody case. After almost 2 years he made no progress in my case literally (0% progress). I had to stay on top of him for everything and he had no drive or modern knowledge to help me progress in my case. He is too old to be an attorney at this point. He basically took my money and did not fight for me and told me there was nothing he could do. I ended up having to let thousands of dollars go that he refused to reimburse and hired a new lawyer who in two months made things happen. Dont put your hands in the wrong person because if it is a child custody case, your child deserves the best and someone who will actually look out for the best interest of your child. I am deeply ashamed that one wrong decision cost me years of precious time with my child.
