Slightly longer review, for someone who is looking for direction or a sign on where to go... This is your sign. The past several months has LITERALLY been the most stressful and scariest time of my life! There were nights of no sleep, days I thought would never end and the fear of the unknown plagued me constantly. From my very first consultation with Lisa, some of my anxiety towards the road to come, began to ease away. Not because Lisa made any glamourous promises or guarantees, but because of her honesty and transparency regarding the potential outcomes. She didnt attempt to "blow smoke" or make any wild claims. She told me from the beginning, this is going to be an uphill climb. We were going to court for changing a custody agreement that had already been established for 10 years! While she was honest and open regarding what my expectations should be, there was never a moment where I felt she doubted me or anything I was telling her. When I was crying, SHE WAS CRYING! I felt like she understood my pain, but more importantly, she felt the pain MY CHILD was feeling. As the weeks progressed and court dates came and went, Lisa dug deeper into our case. Strategies changed multiple times as we navigated what information we received from the opposing side, but Lisas determination to see us through never wavered. If I called her, she picked up the phone. There were multiple occasions where I wasnt expecting any "new news", but Lisa would call just to let me know she was thinking about my case and wanted to brainstorm ideas with me. Lisa also had 2 paralegals working on my case that have to be mentioned. Samantha and Taylor, both kept me informed and comforted me when my emotions were getting the best of me. Their work ethic and the benefit of having them on Lisas team did not go unnoticed. Ultimately, the case went in our favor. A testament to Lisas immeasurable worth and value as an experienced attorney. I will forever be grateful to her and the whole team at this law office. There will never be adequate words to truly express how thankful I am for everything she has done for me and how much she has benefited my child, as well as altered the course of his future for the better. Marie Barrett We paid him a retainer on a custody case that never went forward and decided we wanted him to hold on to it in case anything else came up. But now hes trying to tell me I have to pay him another retainer and the retainer that I paid him before is non-refundable???

Jonathan Christman Mr. Marsee will take your money and sit on your case. My child custody case sat stagnant for 2 years with him making excuses. I ended up hiring a new lawyer who in two months did everything Mr. Marsee said he couldnt do. He will not give you back your retainer even though he will not work once you pay him. He has family, friends and co workers who write his wonderful reviews. I have a masters in digital marketing so I know how to spot fake reviews and they have been reported. Make sure to read all his 1 stars reviews he has tried to bury.

Linda Long Should be 0. She is heartless, believes that it is in the best interest of a child to take the child away from their entire family and give them to their a violent felon father. No child should be cheated out of their family just because of the father, which abandoned the child for the first 5 years and wants to hurt her mother and Grandmother by taking the child away. Bruce Park Been sitting on my case for a 11/2 years and do not appear to care. Sad day when someone can steal 12k from you, the sheriffs office does all the leg work to find the guy and they bury it.

Preine Family If I could give zero stars I would. Do not use!! Unfortunately we did with a will/property probate. They filed documents for us with signatures that were not notarized or done in the office with no proof it was not fraudulent, which I felt was strange for such a situation (taking someone else OFF the property) they took MONTHS to get us the paperwork we were promised. Wouldn’t return phone calls and when we finally did receive the paperwork Vin numbers were wrong, names were misspelled and the receptionist was one of the rudest people I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. (And I work in customer service so that’s saying A LOT)
