1 /5 Heather Lee: I visited yesterday to upgrade my engagement ring and was really disappointed with the experience. We walked around for about six minutes without a single acknowledgment from the staff. There appeared to be four employees—two were assisting customers, one had just finished and went to the back to grab her bag and leave, and another was wandering around with no clear purpose. Not one of them greeted us or even said, “We’ll be with you shortly.” Feeling ignored, we decided to leave and headed over to Kay Jewelers instead. Honestly, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise—I ended up finding a ring I loved even more. I didn’t think I wanted a 3-carat ring, but that’s exactly what I got at Kay’s, and it’s absolutely stunning.
For clarification, there were only 2 other customers there at the time we came. While it was a holiday weekend, they didn’t seem that busy at all. However, Kays was very busy when entered and they still took the time to acknowledge us. But I appreciate the quick reply to my review.
