Bruce InCharlotte: Its a farmers market but for jewlers! A number of separately owned and operated counters here all competing for customer as you walk the aisles looking to buy or sell or whatever. Chains, rings, necklaces, you name it. Dad brought us here because he needed a watch battery replaced. Yes, people still wear watches. Not me, but others. He knew exactly where we were headed as hes had work done here before. There is plenty of parking and there is an armed security guard on patrol. Its all good here.

B S: Very polite, professional and enjoyable to talk to. I spoke to the owners wife for about 5 or so minutes and I enjoyed our conversation and the assistance she was able to provide for me. I’m not too familiar with jewelry, gems or anything of this sort and I’m entering a world that is unknown to me, she was very professional and understanding with telling me about her products and that her husband and her would be able to work and explain anything needed for what they currently had on display or if I wanted to inquire for any custom jewelry. Truly professional and I plan on doing business with them in the near future. From a standpoint of someone who collects coins and gems for collection sake, I can appreciate the face value of perfect customer service and customer care. Thanks again for your time! We were late at getting a 50th birthday gift for our daughter they made a promise to order receive it and have it delivered to her in time for her birthday Sunday it has arrived I can’t thank this couple enough for their sincere caring demeanor.

Brian Leibowitz: These are not honest jewelers! I purchased some earring setting from them to reset my earrings. Instead of putting them in the new setting, they just took my earrings in the old setting and just shoved them into the new setting. A few weeks later, I realized what they did and asked them to fix it. They told me it was my own problem and I should have realized the mistake when I picked them up. The owner put her finger in my face and told me the customer is not always right. She made a huge scene. Very unprofessional. I am now stuck with earrings that were not properly set after paying a lot of money. Shame on these people. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
