After attempting to reorder the ring for me, they were alerted by the manufacturer that the ring is discontinued. Filthy Rich then tried to order a similar ring in place of this one with a different manufacturer, still no luck.. after 2 months of keeping in contact, they decided to refund my purchase in full. Even though I wasn’t able to get the ring I wanted, they still provided great customer service and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome.
