She took the time to understand my skin sensitivities and adjusted her approach to accommodate them, which I’ve never experienced at any other shop. She also gave me clear, thoughtful aftercare instructions tailored specifically to my skin type. The fact that I could purchase the exact soap and healing creams she recommended directly from the shop was a huge bonus—super convenient and no guesswork. The shop itself has a really chill, friendly atmosphere. It’s an open-floor concept, which somehow makes it feel both laid-back and professional at the same time. They offer snacks and drinks, which came in handy during a long session. The entire team there is welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do. My tattoo turned out even better than I imagined, and it’s healing beautifully thanks to Kelly’s expert care. I’ll absolutely be back for more work and can’t recommend Kelly—and the whole shop—highly enough. If you have sensitive skin or just want an artist who genuinely cares, she’s the one.

They have a really nice inventory and they can do any kind of custom gold and silver so if you’re looking for having something done, this is the place. lol Tell you that it’s the only place I’ll go to! Doug is The guy that I talk with and he’s very very knowledgeable. Actually everybody here is it’s a family run Jeweler and they can build anything you want custom or repaired or buying new. They’ve got a ton of inventory and they’re very good at what they do so if you’re looking to have something done, come down and see Doug at Gold, galore, custom jewelry store.

David Phelps: Smooth transaction. I drove 1.5 hours each way to do business with Vermillion. When selling to most shops, you feel like you’re in a pawn shop and have to negotiate. Not here. Everything is extremely transparent. I love the fact that I knew how much I was going to get before I walked in the door as they post daily videos going over their premiums. They are truly capitalized for any purchase. They also have a great selection of pre-33 gold as well as silver collectibles in their showcases. I will obviously continue to do business with Vermillion Enterprises.

Tiffany Weiss: Do NOT buy from the this jeweler! My husband walked into New York jeweler for a V-day present. The diamond earring’s were cloudy , look cheap and not made with quality material. I went the very next day after v-day to the store to return them and she would not let me return them, even though I had receipt in hand . The receipt states no special order refund. It does not state no refund just on special orders! This was not a special order. He walked in and purchased them. I have the receipt pictured below. I spoke with the owner Kim and she out right lied to me . I had the receipt she stated all her merchandise is special ordered if it was in the cabinet . I explained to her that a special order is special made for that person. These diamond earrings were sitting in a case and not A special order . Some business owners will do anything to Rip you off !! Next call Better Business Bureau then Facebook ! New York jewelers of Springhill do better!

Sara Broffman: My husband and I went in there today to look for some jewelry for our daughter. Her ninth birthday is coming up and we wanted to start her a charm bracelet. Long story short. There were two store attendees helping other guest. No biggie well the problem is that a gentleman walked in a few minutes after us and was helped before us. Needless to say we left. I was planning on spending a lot of money there. I guess those girls dont work off commission. If they did they would have made a lot of money. If I could give this location zero stars I would. This is not the first time this has happened to us.
