Shabelly Monzon helped my husband and I with our auto policy, and she was very nice, I have not had such good service in a long time. Great service and great staff.

She was so helpful and Im fully thankful to her for helping me for what o thought it was going to be a headache for me. She got me back my suspended license. Not so impressed I decided to try out a new company and found Jimenez Insurance and I couldnt be happier. They treat me like family - taking everything into consideration when giving me coverage recommendations, answering all my questions via email or phone with the most professionalism and quick. They also send out newsletters, remind me to pay my bill and more. Great customer service, family-owned business and attention to detail. (and for us that arent native - English speaking!) I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
