5 /5 KLOUD KONCEPTS: I have been a customer of Lumina since they opened and I can tell you that I have never had an issue with my policies since Ive been with them. At renewal they shop my policies without me even asking and always get me the best deal for the best coverage for both my home and my cars. All their agents are super knowledgeable and very friendly. Most of them know me by my first name and I am happy I can place my trust in their agency!

The staff works with us on a personal and business basis... and no matter what, they always run to make what we need happen very quickly and always at the best rates possible. They even give us a yearly analysis to see if there is any other discounts out there that we can get. We have been with them for over 4 years now and I don’t plan on going anywhere else

1 /5 Juan Raider: They are a fraud company. They made a payment with my info without my consent even after my policy was canceled. I was speaking to rude MARITZA which wouldnt let me talk at all. When she finally let me talk she hung up and now they dont even answer the phone. Their fraud company goes by different names like Lumina, Premier, etc... Please dont waste your time or money, I had to cancel my card so they dont steal any more money. Furthermore my agent was suppoused Yuliana which also does not answer anymore. COMPLETE SCAM!
