4 /5 Stephen Guitarist: My neighborhood gym for years. Where else can you work out and then stare out over the bay? The folks managing it are awesome too. ONLY reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is they done have a squat rack, which is a critical piece to my workout. Oh well, can’t have everything I guess.

4 /5 Kellie Miller: Good gym, Not too big. There is a variety of free weights and machines. Plenty of Treadmills, ellipticals and bikes. There are also classes available. The staff is friendly and very willing to help. Clean shower rooms. Beautiful view from the group excercise room.

Apex Performance - Tampa

Kendra Upchurch: I’ve been going to Apex for four years now and you can’t pay me to leave. Through living in another city, injuries and life LIFE-ING, this gym has been consistent and my safe place. I’ve come for early morning classes, during work breaks, after work, etc. and DJ and the coaches are always on point, supportive and knowledgeable. It’s a completely judge free zone and the other members are always friendly and helpful. I’ve accomplished physical goals that I never imagined I could. My son also trained with coach DJ for sports conditioning and couldn’t wait to come to classes. I could go on forever about all of the reasons Apex should be your new home gym but you should come check it out for yourself - FIRST CLASS IS FREE ;)

Short Fitness & Sports Center - Tampa

mike ganas: Track, basketball, multiple weight rooms with various equipment, and stretching rooms in the back. Also has a hot sauna. I love coming here when I can. I only give it 4 because some of the equipment needs to be replaced, mainly the leg press. Small gripe. Overall it has a gritty feel and all types of barbells for squats and plenty of machines in the machine room.

The location is convenient and easily accessible. The gym offers a wide range of training programs and equipment, making it perfect for athletes of all levels.

LA Fitness - Tampa

Nina Awad Becklund: Staff is great, gym is always clean. They have pretty solid gym equipment, I just hope LA fitness expands out the gym and gets more equipment there as there are limited machines and can sometimes cause wait times. This is one of the best LA fitness around. Excellent staff!

Max Haid: F45 has truly changed my life! From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and supported. The coaches are incredibly motivating and knowledgeable, always pushing you to do your best while ensuring proper form. The workouts are challenging, fun, and never the same, which keeps things exciting. I’ve seen amazing progress, both physically and mentally, and I’ve never felt stronger. The energy in the studio is contagious, and the sense of community makes it feel like a second home. If you’re looking for a workout that will push you, encourage you, and transform you, F45 is the place to be! Highly recommend!

Kelly the owner is so welcoming and instantly made me comfortable. It’s challenging but in the best, calmest way. Barre Roots has made me fall in love with moving my body in a way I never knew it could. It’s also so inclusive of every level and age, which I love and inspires me every class!
