I understand if someone does to lunch, but if you do, put lunch hours in the time or hours of operations so that customers dont waist their time driving there. Ive called and I dont get an answer. Then I also got placed on hold and never got a call back. Not happy at all with the way business is run. There should be better communication.

Even the fee for them was an issue having Caloosa add to Hud1. Finally when it was time to cut my commission check. I waited a week and was told the bookeeper had an emergency and was out the office. OK, No Problem I said! I sent wire instructions and asked them to waive the $35.00 wire fee.The response was NO. I had to wait a week for your employees emergency and you couldnt reciprocate my understanding by waiving a $35.00 fee? Ill let the readers decide how professional your company behaved.
