1 /5 James Fosco: This company is completely unprofessional. Today is Friday; I have been calling ALL week to cancel my policy and I can not get in touch with anyone. Ive left messages for numerous people, since no one picks up phones and NO ONE has called me back ALL week. I finally had to call Tower Hill and beg them to cancel my insurance since they want you to go through the agent and they finally agreed. It is ridiculous how unprofessional this company is. I would wholeheartedly NOT recommend them for anything.
