Caroline I can’t really say I am satisfied with the service offered here. When I came in for the first time to get an insurance for my car and my bike. They forgot to get from me a signature for the motorcycle insurance. Then I did end up paying full price and a different amount for the motorcycle which was not the amount they told me in the first visit and all because they missed that signature. I don’t recommend this agency at all. People dont know what they doing!

I typically expect to spend upwards of an hour on the phone nowadays problem solving anything customer service related and I never expect to get an actual human on the phone at first. Brooke was SUPER informative. She literally answered questions before I could ask them and was two steps ahead in helping me with what I needed. I had literally zero questions at the end of our chat and was at a loss for words (in the BEST way) with how the call went. Lori D. Palmieri We have been customers of this agency for many years. We received a homeowner’s renewal on June 1. I called to ask for alternative companies because it more than doubled in 2 years with no claims. I was told a thorough search would be completed and I would be contacted well before my renewal this week. I never heard back. I contacted another broker, secured a new policy for over $1000 less. The broker makes considerable commission on every policy so their incentive is to keep the policy as high as possible. Shame on them for this terrible lack of follow-up for their clients and clear conflict of interest. Their plan was simply to wait until I had no option but to renew or risk losing coverage. If I could have left a zero review I would have. Steer clear of this agency.

Christina T I requested a quote on 7/17 from Matthew regarding immediately needed homeowners insurance. He asked for information that I supplied immediately and he advised he would get back to me asap. On 7/22 Í still had not heard back followed up again and he said he had gotten one quote however didn’t advise until my follow up unfortunately due to the delay in responding the time it would have taken to go through underwriting was already more than half over by the he advised and therefore we could not go with that insurance which ultimately would have costed us thousands less, he advised he had additional companies and again would get back to me. Today is now 8/17 almost a month and still have yet to receive a follow up, not that it matters anymore as we had no choice to find a different broker again costing 1000’s more than if he had followed up immediately. Therefore not only did he lose business but lost business for the person who owns the insurance brokerage. Terrible customer service and completely unacceptable not to follow up with a potential client as well as unprofessional. Think twice about contacting this company and if you do make sure to ask for a different broker in hopes they will follow up.

Sheri I can’t say enough great things about Alex at State Farm! He was able to get my family more coverage on both our auto and renters insurance for less money—a win-win. I truly wish I had been connected with him sooner. Since relocating to Florida, I had been working with another agent who placed me with Progressive, and I ended up paying hundreds more over the course of the year for much less coverage. Alex took the time to understand our needs, explain our options clearly, and find the best solution for us. He is professional, knowledgeable, and truly works in the best interest of his clients.
