5 /5 Kaela Segebart: I took 2 rings in because the jewels fells out on them. The pricing was very affordable and the quality of work done was amazing. I thought it may take awhile but they literally had them both done for me in about 20 to 30 minutes while I waited. If ever needed I will definitely be going back to them for jewelry repairs. They were very friendly as well.

Ashley Rhodes: My sister and I came in yesterday for me to get some permanent jewelry for my birthday. We had THE BEST experience! I’ve never been treated so well. A family owned mom and pop place. We were greeted with friendly smiles and told we could take out any of the chains we wanted to try on. They even offered us drinks during our stay. Prices are great! I will come back every time I come to PCB. Might even go back before I leave. My sister isn’t a jewelry person so she didn’t get anything, but after we left she was even raving about how kind the owners were and how much fun she had. Ladies this is the only place for permanent jewelry in PCB.

Alfred Collum: Went in for a resize of a ring. Less than 10 mins after leaving called them back to ask to change it to 1 size smaller the original size I chose. I was told no problem. Came in next day to pick up ring and even though was only sized up 1 size and not 2 sizes up was told that it had already been sized up 2 sizes ( keep in mind it had only been 10 mins since I left ). There is no way that they were able to do that in that little amount of time and still charged me for sizing up ring 2 sizes. They did not want to work with me and I still had to pay for 2 sizes up. Way to churn and burn new customers…. Definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone… Shady… They even encourage you to pay cash , by doing so they don’t charge taxes and don’t give receipt so there’s no record of the transaction. Bad Business practices all the way around!!!!!

Christopher Michie: My wifes engagement ring had a couple of prongs on the diamond that were broken, prompting her to quit wearing it. I took it to a jewler close to where we live to get it fixed, and when we got it back, it honestly looked like I could have done better myself. I found goldsmith after a little searching, and although its a bit of a drive, I decided to give it a try to fix the ring correctly. I am so glad I did. What an incredible difference. The ring looks as good as the day I bought it some 34 years ago. Not only was the setting fixed correctly, but the ring was cleaned and polished to look brand new. I would not hesitate to have anything done here. Very friendly and knowledgeable and does great work. Ill admit it was a little more expensive than the first one who tried, but like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. For the quality of work done, the price was very reasonable to save and restore my wifes ring. It now happily resides on her finger again, and she is thrilled.
