A young woman approached me and asked if she could show me something. Kat was fantastic. No pressure at all. We chatted for a bit and it hit me that she wasnt continuously steering the conversation back to the bracelet as sales people often do. She was genuinely kind, and for that reason I was at ease and decide to buy the bracelet. Fantastic experience. Ive already returned with my wife and gotten a Zales card.

I replied no and she quickly gave me the price on a variety of pieces. Working together, we decided on the perfect piece for me. She was informational about the pieces I looked at and the piece I purchased. Additionally she mentioned the lifetime warranty protection for my piece. Overall Mrs Christy was helpful and kind.
