The equipment is well-maintained, the layout flows, and there’s always enough variety to build a solid session without waiting around. Brock was incredibly hospitable and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. Super helpful, welcoming, and the kind of person who sets the tone for a great training environment the moment you walk in. And shoutout to Adrianna, the true MVP of this place. She keeps the gym spotless. The attention to detail shows in every corner. You can tell she takes pride in keeping the space immaculate, and it makes a huge difference in the overall experience. Whether you’re lifting heavy, dialing in conditioning, or just getting back into a routine, this gym delivers. Great people, great energy, and a facility that motivates you to show up and get better. Easily one of the best gyms in the area.

    Samantha Mujica: The best gym in Fort Lauderdale and I dare to say, in all Florida. I have been assisting to Rise Athletics & Wellness for just over a year and I cannot explain how, as a trainer myself, this place has helped me improve and rethink my workouts. My favorite part of their classes is that they truly focus on intention, quality movements and functionality. The trainers are constantly making sure you are executing all exercises with control, maintaining good posture and guiding you into creating a true mind-body connection. Their classes are creative and they are well balanced, including aspects of strength, flexibility, balance and speed/force. My last but most important highlight, is the quality of trainers and how inviting and passionate they are. This place truly becomes a space of gathering and community that is very much needed in any fitness and health environment. If you are looking to start or improve your quality of movements and get yourself strong; I would encourage you to try some of their classes. Top notch!

I love the flexibility of being able to go when it’s convenient for me since my schedule changes daily with being a caretaker for my 94 year old mother. The trainers are awesome, they know all the clients by name and work with us depending on our conditions. I have multiple sclerosis and deal with a lot of pain issues, they take that into consideration when they do my workout. I have been going for about 8 months and I look forward to my workouts at least twice a week.

The instructors are all amazing and welcoming. I cannot recommend this studio enough. Not to mention Amanda the owner is a gem. I once took a class with her next to me without knowing who she was and she helped me with my form during class. 10/10 from beginning to end.

    Dennis Gonzales: Started working with a trainer cause I needed help getting back in shape. They built a plan that fit my schedule and didn’t make me feel dumb for being out of shape. First few sessions were rough but I’m already seeing progress. They really know their stuff and keep me motivated. Also helped me with some meal planning ideas. Only issue is it’s a little pricey, but worth it for the results. I feel stronger and more focused already. If you’re thinking about getting a trainer, I’d say go for it. It’s made a big difference in how I feel.

    Marion Carrigan: Ive been a member at F45 Coral Ridge for about 6 months and have had a wonderful experience. The workouts are truly for all ages and fitness levels. The studio offers a lot of class times throughout the week so Ive not had any trouble fitting in a workout even when my schedule has been unpredictable. The trainers are so helpful and acknowledge everyone in the class every day, particularly Marissa and Shelby. Love taking their workouts.
