1 /5 Meadow thorne: This bank has been a complete nightmare since I opened it from problems. Not being able to get my money. Some purchases being approved others being denied. They keep blaming It on PayPal Amazon gas station. Its not, its the bank and it doesnt even have a normal number to help you out. Theyre just local small podunk. People who arent even opened during disasters. When I went in to try to deal with the situation today it was a nightmare. It was like a bunch of idiot monkeys running and working at the bank. Nobody could help me. Nobody knew what was going on. I regret opening this. Youre not using chain. Use anything else and something that has 800. Number thats open twenty four hours preferably if youre smart

1 /5 Trayci Wells: I will never use this bank again. They are not very helpful never have been, and the response is always nothing we can do. To be honest, I’m glad they closed my account. People travel so even though the account wasn’t used, they still have the account for a reason and they don’t even give people a courtesy call on the phone.

5 /5 MV-angel61: Wow people are rude but I love this bank. Im happy that I dont have to go all the way to Jacksonville to our bank and I have a local bank i can deposit checks and cash. The tellers are super friendly and informative. Who knew that there was a senior checking, win-win for me. Great for your business and personal banking. Thank you.

1 /5 Curtis Morgan: I have been with this bank for a while now and thought that they was a great place to bank but today is the end of our relationship bc they tried to sue my wife over $480 that we knew we owed and had 100% plans to pay . She started a new job and was behind on a lot of other Bills and all most lost our car and home we have two accounts with them that will be shut down today. Due to the fact that sueing a customer is wrong without a phone call or a letter. I only gave them 1 Star bc they made me but they dont deserve one at all. Now they trying to make her pay court cost of $130 that was unnecessary. And they are the ones that filed it.

1 /5 Michael Junghann: My wife died and they locked down her and my sons joint account, including the mortgage money I sent my son to help. "Nothing we can do" is their standard reply, even hung up the phone on me trying to get my sons mortgage paid. They just dont care. Never do business with this bank.
