1 /5 Austin Burks: Worst customer service ever . I was trying to reach them over the phone for two hours and they couldnt find anyone who spoke English so they kept hanging up on me . Never had the chance to talk to anyone since no one at the store spoke English. Ended up going with Daniel jewelry inc and found out Daniel had a way better price and way better customer service.

4 /5 Kyle Clark: I order a piece from them, with a quick search after I ordered it found that I can get it $800 cheaper for the same piece from someone else. Customer service was very helpful and refunded me with no problems. Great customer service, higher prices though.
