Katrina Pizano I took my engagement ring and wedding band in to be resized. The rings were returned with the bands so thin and asymmetrical that I was worried about wearing them. They appeared to have been heated and stretched instead of resizing it properly. I brought them back, after calling the jeweler, and he said he would fix them. After a week, I went in to pick up and found my wedding band with sharp edges?! He polished it. The engagement ring band is wavy and dented! I was so angry I walked out without letting him touch them again. This shop may be fine for cleaning, battery replacement and maybe sales, but his workmanship is terrible. My WEDDING SET bands look totally different.

Eliani Martinez This jewelry store receives a lot of publicity about its “excellent customer service” and how much they care for their clients, but the reality is quite different. When you visit in person, the service does not live up to what they advertise: the staff is distant, unhelpful, and far from the professional treatment they promote. It’s honestly disappointing, as the high expectations created by their marketing are not reflected in the real experience.

Talha Ahmad This establishment is discriminatory and prejudiced. My friend was asked to leave solely for wearing a head covering (hijab), at the request of the owner. No one should ever be excluded or judged for their faith or cultural expression. The fact that this was directly from the owner and not simply a staff member truly shows the lack of moral values this business represents. I do not recommend supporting this business until they take accountability and ensure they treat customers with both decency and respect.

Lauren Franquiz After owning my earrings for 2 days I noticed that the gold around the diamonds was rubbing off. When I went to exchange them at the store they gave me so much trouble. Afterward, it occurred to me that the saleswoman had told me during the initial sale that they only carry one single pair of each style at the store. How then were they able to produce an identical pair with no flaws? After that lie, they lost all credibility in my eyes. Giving one star for a good selection. If you want to try on a bunch of stuff and buy elsewhere its a good place for that. Otherwise, I would not go.
