    Chau Nguyen: Never have ever dealt with a company with this kind of service. Worst ever! only texts, cannot talk to person or a manager ever. Their Payment Portal is STILL in Beta. made payment on 9/8 but their "502 system error" caused it to not appear even though funds were withdrawn from my bank account. Have to wait 45-90 days till my bank finish their investigation now on why funds were withdrawn... Rude and demanding customer agents who take No accountability for why their payment portal Failed. no manager to talk to. Unbelievably high interest rates. Avoid! borrowed $2900 , they took 7% origination fees up front then charge 10 weekly payments of $571.05 every single week. (not even bi weekly like every other lender in America). so thats about $5700 on 2700 loan..... Horrific customer service agents who threaten you, who are reluctant to give their names. asked 3 times before "Charlie" and "Betty" gave their names via text. Unbelievable, this company will not be in business long with this horrific service. "digital first" company where payment portal is in Beta, the irony. Run away and avoid this company at all costs!

    Jordan Beaman: Companies like Idea financial are what is wrong with our American economy. I am going give a very honest detailed review of my experience doing business with Idea financial. I have been in business since 2017 and my business has grown rapidly and our revenue just passed $6.5m in the last 12 months. I started with Idea in 2022 and in that time I have had 4 different lines of credit that would get renewed after we had paid them off. I never missed one payment since I did business with them and they have multiple times cut my line. One time specifically my line was approved for the full amount they offer of $275k and then when I went to draw they reduced the amount down to $100k and this was during a very difficult time when President Trumps tariffs went into effect. This made things extremely difficult considering we have 30 people on payroll as well as having very large POs. It is very clear to me that Idea Financial is in business for themselves and dont care for the businesses that depend on them for capital. Also this is another piece of information I want to put out is that they position themselves a great company and act as if they are lending money at fair rates, however my last line was at a 0.0884 factor rate on an 18 month term. If you calculate that it comes to a 1.5912 factor rate over the life of the loan. This is usury and should be illegal. If you are looking for a lender that helps you, not hurt you then you should look else where. Considering I have done business with Idea Financial for 3 years and have taken multiple loans from them I would say I have a say in this matter. I do not recommend Idea Financial.

    sandra taylor: I went to we Florida financial in Miami a few days ago I needed help & this wonderful young lady by the name of Marjorie helped me I was so grateful to have met her & found out that shes also a manager there I know that I took up her time but she explained to me that I wasnt taking up her time that its a pleasure to help me I appreciate her even more for that I recommend giving her a raise she above and beyond for me I would like to thank her again such a nice person its rare to find great customer service these days
